I offer a unique counseling for mothers and fathers that specializes in resolving emotional birth trauma and helping you understand what happened in labor and postpartum, both to you and within you. Through this process the new understanding, meaning, and peace of mind you seek, will come.
These uplifting sessions actively engage you in your healing journey. What you discover may not be what you expected, but it will be mind-turning and heart-opening. You won't leave with the same story you brought to the session.
My background as a midwife and decades of dedicated birth story listening have prepared me to hear the nuances and notice how the pieces fit together to form beliefs and meaning in a birth story, details other listeners often miss.
I offer individual, one-hour sessions to mothers, fathers, and birth attendants.
